Should I bypass mediation was created by driven40
It is quite clear that the stbx is doing a good job on the alienation front not allowing me to be in the same room alone with child telling child he can only go out with him when we are getting ready to go to my mums just walking out of the house with him taking him out when he knows I am cooking tea and then texting later saying having tea out. I put in for mediation for child issues but now I am thinking just forget and put C100 in, documenting everything what can I do? And what are thoughts on bypassing mediation

But he is actively stopping me taking my child out or being with him telling him that I am going to punish him and that I am going to jail and that only he can take him out he is stopping him doing anything with me
