My marriage is over. I lodged a D8, it couldn't go forward because stbx was keeping address a secret. When stbx found I was trying to serve D8, another D8 was lodged in a different court and came straight to me (as I was still in marital home ie address known). False allegations were made to Police (who are still investigating) and these have been altered slightly and used as "grounds for divorce". Whose D8 is 'real' one? If I'm accused of criminal actions as grounds for divorce, how can I not defend it? Solicitor didn't contact to "agree" grounds, ie protocol not followed. Boy oh boy, what do I do next??
