Stick with it and push for that Consent Order as said earlier.

I agree with Dukey''s comments too - court''s seem to be going a bit bonker''s these days.

Also it could well be like earlier poster said it goes something on the lines of reaching targets as is with schools!

There does seem to be a total lack of consistency, some courts dealing with the applications in reasonable time and others just dont care, you call them and they say it takes as long as it takes.

One wiki is still waiting for the Absolute after three months.
