(((Perin))) I hope yoiu are relieved (or not as it seems you still have the finnacial mess to sort).

That is you and me both in a week, DIVORCED - we need to have a toast to mark the occassion ;-)

Dukey - I think yoiu''re right on your comment!!!!!!! (you know what I''m referring too) - maybe the court have targets like schools and hospitals and they have to see how many decree absolutes they can knock out in a week.

Perin, please don''t tell me you are from the South??!!

Take Care

Survive xx

p.s Don''t forget to change your status on Wiki!!

Thanks DA. Strange to think congratulations are in order!!!!
Quite sad in a way, yet when I think of what my ex is like now ans what he is capable of, I''m better off without him.:(

I am still a way off my Absolute, but I don''t see it as something to be celebrated at all, its something that fills me with sadness. I guess we all see the end differently. But you have got through the nightmare and that is something to be celebrated.

Take care

You''d better get your finger out on the Consent Order now as being divorced leaves you with less rights over time.
I never got the party poppers out with my Decree Absolute I looked at it and the stamped consent order and thought I''ve just paid £300k for two bits of A4 off a photocopier because the ex harridan was fxxking someone else.I didn''t go anywhere near the Party Seven with the screwdriver that night ;)

All the best
His Royal Hawayness xx

Haway, what''s a party seven????

I am trying to sort consent order, but not getting far. Ex is wanting £10,000 and a Clean Break.
There''s only the FMH to fight over with £28,000 equity and a son to house??????

A Party 7 is a very 70''s thing, it was a 7 pint tin of beer which you made a hole in and put a CO2 pressurised bulb. That or its what a 6 pack turns into at middleage.

AH I see thanks LB!

You are right when you say the Absolute fills you with sadness, suppose it''s because I am on the receiving end of all this c..p and didn''t want it in the first place.

In some strange way, it has made it "easier" that my ex has turned into this unrecognizable monster as it makes it "easier" to stop loving him?

Someone wrote on here, "I brought out the best in my ex, OW has brought out the worst"

I think of that every day and it helps a little.

Nearly there Perin. And he won''t get 10k either. What an idiot.

Your Stbx is spineless and ow is calling the shots, very pathetic.

Focus on you now and your son. Getting that consent order signed will be important.

Take care. I think there is a lot of us here that joined about the same time that are very nearly there.

The future beckons now. Our lives are richer without self centrered people in them. Enjoy the sunshine Perin. X
