My divorce became in November 2011.
Since then my ex wife has not responded to any letters reguarding the assets.
She will not attend mediation or complete any forms my solicitor sends.
I am now unemployed and my sister is paying my mortage, my ex has not contributed to the bills in the last 4yrs.
Can I claim anything back from her?
I need to sell my house, but again still require her authority to do this.
I need to know how this has happened, divorce without the assests being agreed?
If I sell the house, how do I know I''m not going to be made homeless. My assests are only £40k plus 2 small pensions

Apply to court dude. It''s the only thing to do when an ex spouse is not responding. You''re simply wasting your solicitors fees by constantly sending forms etc. It might be worth one final letter, saying that if you do not get a response within 14 days you will apply to court.
