D81 Form- Has it superceeded the D11 ??

No. D81 is and always has been, statement of information for a Consent Order. D11 is completely different.

D11 is a generic application of notice form whereas D81 is a simplified financial disclosure. D81 is submitted to court along with a consent order so the judge can check the agreement is fair (ie complies with the law) before signing it off.

Thank you. For a bonus point do both get submitted with the consent order or will the D81 suffice. The reason I ask is that the solicitor sent my ex the D11 which she didn''t populate properly and they have now asked her to fill in the D81. She''s come back and expressed concern that there is a statement on the D81 that any false statement may constitute contempt which doesn''t appear on the D11.

D11 is not required for a consent order.
