Need advice after a battle of who divorces who my stbx has agreed if I amend the cross Petition he will agree

We have a court date in 4 weeks what do I need to do to amend the cross petition And will this negate the need to go to court, and what''s the cheapest way, I do have a solicitor and got an appointment on Friday but if I can do it myself I will

If the hearing is to decide which Petition takes precedent then yes it will but you`ll both have to let court know you have now agreed so they can cancel the hearing.

Do you know how to amend a petition?.
