Have made a offer to W on financial settlement she has agreed in principle but her sol has asked us both to complete form E upto and including Part 3.
Income needs (3.1.1) i take it that is all my monthly outgoings?? So far i have listed all my monthly outgoings ther is about £200 left on paper, how do account for what looks like free money when in real time i don''t have any money left at the end of each month?
Capital needs (3.2.1) HELP!! At the moment the house i live in goes with my job do i need to guess estimate what it will cost to rent/buy in the future? My car is 12 years old and needs repairs to keep it going, do i have to again guess/estimate the cost of a new car?
I think all her sol is doing is checking what i have ( or don''t) before he will advise her to the offer.

Income needs

Have you taken time and thought carefully, what about birthdays Xmas road tax one off payments maybe subscriptions mot''s cloths think what it costs you per year and divide it by twelve, think and think some more and don''t forget holidays and stuff kids need if you have any.

Capital needs

What would it cost you to buy a similar house if needed, your car is an antique, what will another cost, capital needs are one off purchases, add examples from the I the web for a house and car, three of each would be good.
