Chances are it will be over before you know it most last less than thirty minutes, relax it won''t be anyware near as stressful as you think, not from the point of view of the judge and venue anyway.

I very much hope it goes smoothly - then I just have to continue to deal with the "fall-out" of anger and manipulation from the X ... still I''m getting better at dealing with that too.
