Hello,

I''ve been married with a Chinese(with Chinese nationality), me myself being from Netherlands, we got married in Scotland.

We want to divorce, could anybody tell what is the quickest way to get a divorce done?

We both don''t live in Scotland.

Your help is much appreciated!

Kind regards,

Where do you both live?
Have either of you lived in Scotland or England for any length of time?

If you are currently living in the Netherlands I would have thought you would be eligible to divorce there.
