Hi there, Need urgent help so I can process the forms! Everyone seemed busy yesterday so thanks for sparing a few secs to help

Firstly do I write: ''DISTRICT OF'' then name

in the part naming the registry office?

In the statement of case do I need to include dates as i''m being advised I don''t? but told else where Ido? getting very confusing?

Can i just write recently?

You need to copy the wording from the marriage certificate, word for word.

No, dates are not necessary. A general idea will do.

Wondering if you can help with another query..

We are getting a Consent Order but I''m being advised to fill in and tick all the boxes in part 10? My children are over 18 so I''m assuming part b) For the children should definetly not be filled in..

My main concern is the ''an order for maintenance pending suit'' what does this mean and should this definetly be left unticked, ty

Don''t tick the maintenance pending suit box. But tick all the others. It doesn''t really do much, it''s just a precaution in case the consent order falls through (eg. your ex refuses to sign).

Hi, Thanks for your help..I''m getting someone to type up the paper and they have sent it to me with that first box ticked (an order for maintainence pending suit) and taking along time to reply. Does it matter if it is ticked, will it cause havoc?

Nah it should be fine.

Yes leave part b since there are no dependent children.

I don''t know why they bother with these boxes anyway, they just cause confusion and agro. They could quite easily just get rid of them and put a note saying "if you wish to apply to court for a financial remedy then you should complete a form A". Ho hum...
