Hi I am new to this site and I wondered if anyone has the answer to my problem. I left my husband 1 year ago. He refuses to sign divorce papers so I have gone ahead anyway. But the judge sent back my papers saying there is not enough evidence and has asked for more. Has anyone else had this problem?

When a judge returns a divorce, the reasons for refusal can be quite vague. What grounds did you use? If unreasonable behaviour, what did you write for your statement of case?
