I don't want to tell you whether you should or should not divorce. That is entirely a matter for you.

You can have a Separation Agreement drawn up, but if you want it to be enforceable, then the rules are

1. Both of you must make a honest disclosure of your finances.
2. Both of you must have access to legal advice.
3. Both of you mjust have adequate time to reflect before signing it.

If these conditions are satisfied there is a good chance
that the Courts would enforce it, but it must be stressed that such an agreement can never offer you complete finality.
To get that, you need a Court order.
