My Parner has been going through divorce proceedings for 5 years (we have been together for 2). She seems detirmined to take him to the cleaners. They have 3 children. She works 12 hrs a week - refuses to work more and is threatening to give up work to make my partner pay more. She is already claiming the house. Her solicitor is now asking for my salary details and P60. Can my earnings - which I work hard for - be taken into account?

Your earnings are needed as it releases more of your partners earnings as he doesn't now have to pay for all the bills associated with where he lives.
hope this helps
kind regards
