Hi Sera,

The Valuer needs to know everything there pertinent about the house and in particular any valuations or offers previously made. You are not only within your rights to draw the valuers attention to previous paperwork and development proposals, but you are also obliged to do so.

You should inform the valuer in writing with copies of the pertinent documents/information and copy the whole lot to your xtb/his solicitor.

it is not up to the judge to decide whether the property has development potential or not - it is up to the valuer to value the property, the buildings and land. You, your xtb or the judge may wish to call the valuer in to ask for clarification or justification of his/her report and this is not a problem, it does happen.

I don't know anything about Commercial Law, sorry.

Good luck!
