Hi all, after advice please, forms completed on both sides and swapped, questions need to be answered about ex hubbys form, wil my solicitor ask the questions on my behalf through to his solicitor or will they be asked by my barrister at first hearing in court in sept ? not sure what happens .

Both sides send questions to each other to be answered before the first appointment, those which remain unanswered or not answered in full go to the FDA and the judge decides which need to be answered or more information supplied.

You have a barrister for the FDA, how long is it listed, is yours a very complicated matter.

only complicated in that every offer i gave he and solicitors refused, been going on now for 2 years this december, i have to pay all fees where he gets legal aid, on his 3rd lot of legal aid, he been in and out of hospital since 2002 with mental health issues, he was given on 1 bed flat and it is wardened controlled, many residents if not all have come from same half way house after being released from hospital, sorry to ramble on, i have our 2 children living with in FMH, thankyou
