hi all bit of advice needed started the divorce 25 sept sent my forms back stbx says she has sent hers,im using the wikivorce i have emailed them 3 times 2 jan,8 jan,16 jan but just keep getting a reply saying they have recieved my email and they will respond in 2-3 days but dont get any response what should i do,want to know if there are any problems and what to do if there is any,

Have you called the solicitor?, or call the wiki line, they will sort it out i`m sure.

no not called them just emailed the solicitor dealing with my case dont want to piss them off by keep emailing but it should have been staight forward

I would call them, sounds like there could be a problem, often solicitors don`t get back to you unless there is something to report.

If your stbx has not responded to the acknowledgment of service the solicitor can`t do much other than have them served.

Give them a call.
