I''m still waiting for FM1...mediator said it is waiting to be typed! (has been a week now)And said she couldn''t send email as it needed to be signed.
Although I asked for mediation initially...ex chose not to mediate for 3 months (stalling tactic)but then I chose (after 3 sessions) not to attend more as ex wasn''t being upfront regarding finances (and had no accounts) and was never challenged about this and all we ever resolved was more contact for him. It will be interesting to see what mediator puts on form.

Silverfir...how long did it take to get first appointment?
