Little help with the d8 form

Hello all, need a little help with the D8 form as i don''t won''t anything to go wrong especially with any legal wording type things .

First is, Part 3 Jurisdiction.
The Petitioner and respondent are both from Romania but married, live and work here, going home only for holiday.

Is this the correct selection.

(Article 3(1) of the Council Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003) and

(The Petitioner and Respondent are both habitually resident in England and Wales.)Pretty sure it is but just like confirmation.

Part 6 Statement of case.

Ive scavenged the boards and taken bits here and there big thank you to those posters. now is this OK to put or do i need to add something else. (Grounds are 2 year separation BTW)

On or about 29/08/2010 the parties started to live separately within the matrimonial home.

ii) The parties ceased sharing the same property on 15/09/2010.

iii) The Respondent consents to the divorce.

iv) The marriage has irretrievably broken down

v) Costs of the suit will be shared equally between the petitioner and respondent

Part 9 Service details
I am not represented by a solicitor in these proceedings, so can i leave Solicitor’s details blank or do i put in the Petitioner details in there.

Part 10 Prayer

2) Costs (if you wish to claim costs from the Respondent or Co-Respondent)can i leave this blank as I stated in part 6 about the costs.

Also is it OK to type the majority of the d8 form.

Part 10(2) costs are agreed, not blank

Yes by all means type it, solicitors do the very same.

one other question if that''s not pushing my luck Can anyone bring all the documents to court IE.

the Petition for divorce
the original marriage certificate*
a cheque for the court fee which is £340
or does it have to be the Petitioner.


Also Is this required (*Edit Sorry did a search on this. found my anwser )
a certificate as to whether or not the parties have attempted reconciliation *Edit

I don''t know what IE means, if your asking do you need to attend in person te answer is no, or you can even post the documents.

Sorry bit tired I meant for example,
I''m asking all these questions on behalf of my girlfriend. I know i can post, what I''m asking is if me the boyfriend can bring all necessary documents to the court and start the ball rolling, so to speak.

Yes it''s fine you can take the documents to court and drop them off, it''s not a formal procedure, what would be wise is ask very nicely if a clerk would cast an eye over the forms just in case any obvious mistakes were made.
