open proposal was created by waynekerr
Hi everyone,

my barrister bullied me into accepting an open proposal(via email) from my wifes barrister even though it was not in my best interest.

The papers have not been signed yet and I need to show CAUSE why this proposal should be withdrawn.

Can anyone help/advise me as my wife is threatening to take me to court, and pay her costs unless I can show just cause why this should not be legally binding

Difficult for anyone to comment without knowing the detail.

Your barrister will have advised you armed with all the facts. What has changed?
