What can I expect? was created by numpy123
My wife who I love to pieces has put a non-molestation and occupation order in place until March next year. I signed it all as when she asked for separation I was an emotional wreck and didnt give her the space she needed, I was to blame.

We have two kids 7 and 9 and I am thankful as I get to see them, in fact they are upstairs asleep now having had a great day with them both.

I live a few miles away in a temporary spot (well my 13th since we split end of June).

Question is...

We have been married for 10 years (and some months thrown in). What could be applied for in the 6 months court orders in place? I dont like surprises and whilst it might not happen it keeps me up at night wondering what might be from a 'possible' legal process point of view?

Any ideas so I can prepare? Not in for a fight just awareness.

Thanks in advance.

Hi. Not entirely sure what you mean...

Are you talking about divorce and financial settlement?

Or further order relating to those already in place?

I am referring to divorce, can this be applied for now during the court orders in place?

Thank you!
