solicitors fees - form E was created by ErniesUnderpants
Hi there, I did have a search but couldn't find an answer. Am I allowed to put my solicitors fees on my form E and if so where? Would it come under 3.2.1 Capital needs for yourself. or under 4.1.2 Significant changes in assets or income likely to occur during the NEXT 12 months? Thank you!

If you are self-representing and you have outstanding fees from a solicitor who previously represented you, these will be a valid liability and can be shown as a debt.
