Future dilemma about moving and Form E was created by littleproblems
Im going through a divorce and financial statements are to be swapped this coming week.

There is a strong possibility but no plans have been made that I will move down to Devon with our 2 young children in the near future, how near or far Ive no idea. I want to see what the financial settlement is first. My ex is aware of the possibility and ive had no objection to it as he knows I cannot afford to stay to live around our current area and I have family down in Devon.

Do I mention this on my Form E? Would someone please give me a little advice about this, ive no idea whether to mention it or not seeing as there are no plans yet it is more of an idea. I dont want to get in trouble for keeping it quiet if the judge would use the information when deciding on how to split our finances.

In all honesty, the move would take more than a year anyway - selling the house, finding schools and a place to live, a job etc so is it worth mentioning???

Thank you in advance
