can anyone please answer , My deceased Father left some property which was under the ownership of my father even before my marriage and still is under his name now as my father has passed away i want to transfer that property under my ownership while i am separated from my spouse and planning to apply for divorce in near future . my question is if now i transfer this property under my name will it be considered as matrimonial asset and will it be divided between both ,,or should i wait until the divorce is finalized. And then transfer the ownership
