My Initial Consent order was refused as the court gave following comment:
“The lump sum have no interest provision if not paid.
Furthermore, surely the family home should be changed with lump sums or an order for sale if applicant does not pay lump sum”
I resubmitted with consent order with appropriate changes in the consent order.
How will it take for the court to approve re-drafted/re-submitted consent order
The original consent order took 3 months to refuse.

Will resubmission of consent order takes same time or are processed quicker?
If processed quicker for resubmitted consent order, how long will it take to approve
I am afraid this is impossible to answer, especially in the midst of a global pandemic. The courts are usually very busy at the best of times but COVID-19 has made the backlogs worse.
It is likely that the matter has simply gone back to the bottom of the pile.
