I have verbally been informed by my wife that 3 weeks ago she filed form A.

Unfortunately 3 weeks later I don't seem to have received any formal notification that she has done so (form C).

Am I right to be worried that the time tick to the first appointment may be progressing?

Is there a way to find out if the form c has been sent /lost in the post?

Update for others - it took approx 5 to 6 weeks for the court to schedule.

My wife had only registered her email address on the form A and so I only got informed some days later by snail mail.
