Hi
I'm finally getting somewhere with my divorce and my application for my conditional order can be submitted in December
my ex has put the house on the market and I have verbally agreed a settlement figure when its sold.
Due to the property market at the moment things are slow and she is sticking out for top money as she wants to finance a new property for herself
is it best for me to apply for a financial order when I apply for my conditional order and if I do will the divorce process still go ahead as normal or will applying for a financial order slow the divorce down ?
or should I just keep her on side and try to sell the house and settle out of court ?
