I am currently in the early stages of divorce (52 years old), children have grown up and moved out.
I earn £100k but have just 2 years left of contract, likely to retire after, she earns £25k with own small biz.

The assets are essentially

£1.4m house - No mortgage
£800k Pension Pot
£350k ISA
No Debts
I am proposing giving my wife the house and i take pension and ISA, with a Clean Break.

Appreciate any thoughts

How big is house?
Does she want it?
Will she be able to afford to run it?
Does she have a pension?

She wants and will sell house as its far too big and will then use money to buy mortgage free a new house at approx £650k (small 4 bedroom)

This will leave her with approx £700k in cash/pension, whatever she sees fit to do with it and her £25k a year salary.
