Hi there,

Apologies, but I thought I would re-post as I haven't had a reply but it would be extremely useful if someone had an answer that could steer me in the right direction. Does anyone know whether filing valuations with court means just including with the paperwork to be sent or whether these valuations need to be submitted by the estate agents direct to court. Any advise would be welcomed. Thanks

  • If you have a document that refers to filing valuations with court then it might help if you were to post on here precisely what it says about that subject.
  • A professional property valuer or surveyor who is instructed to act as an expert witness will generally send their valuation / report to the client(s) that instructed them (not to the court). An estate agent as such is even less likely to have to submit valuations direct to court.
