Dear Wikivorce,

I have been asked by the court to put in a supplemental petition and trying to gather information around it. So from what I believe, I need to fill in the D8 form again which I am working towards. But let me give you some background.
  • Originally filed for divorce in 2018 - unreasonable behaviour grounds.
  • Got back again with my partner later in the year.
  • Dial down 2 plus years, issues still remain. So I push on with the same petition again in 2021.
  • Partner signs the acknowledgement of services pack, so far so good.
  • Court is asking me to fill in the supplemental petition, I suppose because I patched up again with my partner.
Now my headache is whether I should include more information on the supplemental form OR can I just resubmit the same information from 2018 petition without any addition and submit it as a supplemental petition? Because if I could do that to get the court to issue Decree Nisi then I would prefer that rather than adding additional examples of unreasonable behaviour to avoid incrimating my partner. I suppose, acknowledgement of services will be sent out again. Any light on this would help. Thank you!!!!
