Having married a woman I sponsored on a Fiancee Visa, we divorced after 3 years and she returned to her country. I susequently discovered deliberate actions by a close Family member had been going on behind my back to ruin my marriage, it did. The Family member considered she should determine who should benefit from my wealth..

My Ex and I have maintained contact and although initialy she was not happy to return to the UK, her attitude has changed and now she wishes for us to re-marry in her country before she returns to UK. Although she was already part way through obtaining her Leave to Remain visa, I am not sure how that and her return to the UK will operate with the Home Office.
Does anyone have experince of such and event or similar? I would be pleased to know and receive opinions? Thanks
