Hi all,
Its been 3 years since I separated and started proceedings. Currently at financial stage but he won't engage in it so it will take some time. I have had to move out and rent whilst he remains in the family home (which will have to be sold as he can't get mortgage) I have met a lovely man and would like to move in together at somepoint but I know that this will have an impact on my financial settlement. Its been three years and I want to move on. I am fed up of my ex controlling me and impacting on my life,
Is there anything I can do ??
