Hi, Can any one answer this for me please..my ex husband and I are in the middle of financial settlement, he has spare money and I don't, I have no other means of finances left and need to release some from the house sale funds which are being held at the conveyancing solicitors. Although i am happy for the fees to form part of my settlement he is refusing to release them to me. I have no option but to submit a court order to request funds to be released, is this likely to be granted and is it a form A ?
