Dear friends

Just that really. Is there an online resource/database that has prior cases (e.g. White Vs White 2000, but also less well known ones. The purpose of this is to educate myself and possibly strengthen my position statements? Many thanks

I usually find that googling the issue and adding keywords like divorce, financial and case brings up some useful results. Quoting case law is really something that should be left to a barrister though e.g. sometimes cases that look helpful may have been overturned on appeal so you need to check.

Bailii is the best resource for all published cases. There's a search function you can use to narrow down your search. www.bailii.org/
