I am waiting for a date for the FDR. My husband will not disclose his credit card statements or certain bank account statements. I e lieve he has an investment portfolio but he just says he cashed it and spent it, but not evidence. I have completed a Form D11 asking the judge for further directions and to enforce the Order he made at the FDA for my husband and to answer all my questions. How long do you think it will take for the Court to respond. Should `i have sent a copy of the D11 to my husbands solicitor?
Many thanks
