I am completing Form G and am not sure if I declare I will or will not be in the position to progress. I have been ready for months but the ex has not engaged. I do have questions over the ex's E form but having said that I do really know what I want and what I would be happy to accept. In view of this, what would you suggest I put?

Hmm. Have they raised questions about your disclosure? Are all valuations agreed? What information is missing?

The judge will need enough information to know whether any proposals are reasonable and advise on settlement. If you think they will have that information you can suggest first hearing is FDR. The other side would have to agree and exchange proposals to settle. It may be there's insufficient court time.
