I am the applicant but I am not represented. Ex is represented. Court papers state I must lodge ES1 & ES2. Ex's solicitors are asking to see sight of the forms prior to submitting them to court so they can add ex's information. I assumed I did this from the E forms. Are there any negatives to them seeing the forms prior to submitting them to court?
