for a d81 Clean Break where capital is mentioned just for the order (not to be shared) what information needs to be provided for the financial order to be drafted is all bank account number and sort codes and what other personal information need to be handed over even if it is not to be shared?

You don't need to provide account details, just the figures for the values of each asset (inc those you are not sharing).

The D81 won't facilitate a Consent Order on its own - you will need to get a solicitor to draft up the order for you. Wikivorce have a low-cost consent order, you can find details at the bottom of any page, or call the helpline for more information.

on the d81 I see the need to provide a total amount, however is it required in the order to breakdown and identify these figures?

also if the correct order template for this clean break is order - 2.1 financial remedy order (please correct me if this is not), as question 9 does ask for both sides account and sortcodes?
