So my wife is in the process of filing for divorce and I am the only driver but as a marital asset we have a car and a campervan......As this money from the sales will be split 50/50 Am i able to sell the campervan legally to my father for a drastically under valued price to reduce her amount of profit.

If it’s in your name then legally yes you can.

But if you do then the court can split the rest of the asset pot based on you having received the full market value from the sale. So she will receive more of the rest of the pot. You don’t just split each asset individually.

The only person who will gain financially is your father and the only person who will lose out is you. Plus the court will take a dim view of your actions.
