Having a good read of this site is a good start point. For the divorce itself you can go to gov.uk and fill in the online application. A fee needs to be paid (£593) but you can check if you are eligible for fee remission - also at gov.uk.
For financial settlement you need full financial disclosure before you can start negotiating a settlement that meets both your needs. If you can agree you can apply for a Consent Order once your conditional order is in place. If you can't agree and mediation doesn't help, you may need to ask the court for help to sort things out.
