Hi there, does anyone have any information on what happens when the responding party doesn't co operate. Ie, states he's not going to fill anything in, respond to emails ect? How does the divorce proceed?

So long as the applicant meets the level of proof that the documents were served then the court will deal with it.

It just slows things down a bit.
