Took some advice yesterday from a reply I had to a post about having a Costa time. I did just that yesterday went to my local costa and spent the afternoon in there, took my notepad and iPad whereas up to now I have been sitting in doors trying to go over things and ending up getting myself down and getting in a rut.
I found it was much better place to think about things. I will be going there again this afternoon rather than just sitting in doors.

I came home last night and went on the chat room for the first time and want to say thanks to everyone that was on there. I actually smiled and laughed something I have not done for a while so I will be going back on there again so thanks again.

Stay Strong.

Glad to read such a positive message fitou. It''s good that you are going out and using places like Costa. A change of scenery and a bit of fresh air does work.

It was a pleasure chatting last night. I''m new to the site and chat room too but feels good to have some company and a few laughs. Look forward to chatting more.

Take care and stay positive.

Thanks idealist, not really done chat rooms before but I thought I would give it a go, nothing ventured and all that it certainly did pick me up just to talk about anything apart from what is troubling at this point of our lives, think you do have to make yourself have a break from it all otherwise I can easily see that it can become a downwards spiral.

I hope to chat again with you soon on there perhaps to chat about something light hearted and witty banter to lift the spirits, may even have the Boss playing again, take care and thanks again.

Stay Strong
