Holly and the demure one;)
I really think that the seed will be the way to go,I seem to remember when we last had a lawn laid, moons ago now...Well the Twonk had a ruddy big roller to do it????

Demure one,I can do the digging, get some fertiliser into it,and level it out;)

Ah the birds.....
Well the boys have spotted then now, don''t think it will be long before I have some presents:P Yuck...

Yep. Getting a roller would be good. You can imagine using it on twonk, just to add a bit of fun.

Remember to use a seed which will withstand your little grandson playing and kicking his football on your lovely new lawn. :)

The pond has to go, too much temptation for "the little man" and the kitties. Do you know where you are going to get the soil from to fill it in and level the ground under the decking.

Kitties will love all that nice soft ground for the veggies ;)
