It has come to our attention that a member has sent out a large number of unsolicited private messages "suggesting" that the recipient uses a McKenzie Friend - and in particular a certain MF, some of the messages included a direct link to the MF''s website. The member making these "recommendations" was actually the MF himself. I would like to reassure you that this matter has been dealt with, and the person responsible has been removed from Wikivorce permanently.

We apologise if anyone was alarmed or concerned about these private messages, and if anyone receives any similar messages that raise concerns, please forward them to myself. While this is a rare occasion, it is one worth highlighting.

Our Terms and Conditions on this matter are very clear:
s6 Your Use of Wikivorce:
wikivorce.com may not be used to send chain letters, junk mail, ''spam'', solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind unless the recipient has given specific permission to be included in such a list. wikivorce.com may not be used to advertise a company, product or service or to recruit staff.

IF you are considering using a McKenzie Friend, then getting personal recommendations from others that have used MFs is a good start.
