I sighed my divorce papers 2010 due to unreasonable behaviour I haven''t seen or heard from my husband since then I have no idea where he is and really don''t care can you please tell me if I am legally divorced if not what are my next steps im on benefits and we didn''t have any children together or any financial matters between us k.bruty

I would contact the court where the papers were issued from. Then you can decide what to do. Essentially if the decree abso has not been granted then there are things you can do. But find out first. Then come back. Marshy.
