Most definitely going to be Saturday 1st November, just researching venues and hoping to have the event finalised by Friday 19th September as that will only leave us 6 weeks until the event.

Will need people to act fast on this one as deposits are going to be needed by the venue ASAP.

Keep adding your interest to this post so that I can gage numbers for the event. Don't want anyone disappointed because of the venue capacity.

For information this event will be fancy dress.

Ok, the event is now on the events page, although you need to access it via Community at the moment as there is not enough room on the home page for it.

Please put your name down ASAP as I am now taking room reservations as it is less than 6 weeks now until the event.

The event is being held at The Birmingham City Thistle Hotel from 7pm on Saturday 1st November, 2008.

I am sure many of us will be about from the friday evening, saturday morning in order to make a weekend of it.

If you want to reserve a room (subject to availability) for both the friday and saturday night then please do this from the outset as I don't want to be changing room reservations at the last minute as this caused slight confusion at the hotel on the day in London.

So, those with your name down, pass me your room reservations and those that have yet to register, please do so.

Sure it is going to be another fantastic weekend away.
