29th October, the Mrs tells me we need to think about our marriage. Then she goes and sleeps at a friends house. The next day she says we need to separate, And we won't be getting back together. So for a couple of weeks, I'm sleeping on the sofa and find a flat of my own, which I've been in for 2 weeks.
We are talking, keeping things amicable, but she seems to have put me behind her, I have days when I don't get upset, but when I do it's a dark cloud descending on me for a few hours.
She has a very good friend who she has offered support to in the past when his marriage and then subsequent relationships broke down. I've confronted her twice if she was having, or had an affair. She said no, And I believe her. However, I won't be surprised if their friendship grows into something else.
I'm just trying to move on, but it's a struggle, I know it won't be easy, but with love and support off you guys, (and girls), I'll get through it.

Hi,
Her leaving was not an instant decision . Its probably been on her mind for months.

People who suddenly leave have planned their escape route with safety nets leaving someone like you confused.

Regarding her maybe having an affair its not a case of whether she admits it or not. You will never find out the real truth unless she was like my x who laughed at me.
There is a good saying.

''Never mind what a person says..look at what they do''

I would imagine that this amicable front she is doing is to keep you sweet and compliant whilst she puts her escape plans into action.
