Hello
As part of our divorce financial settlement, I will be redeeming the mortgage of the FH which I no longer reside. Once the title and full equity is transferred to my ex wife will there be any stamp duty applicable?
if so, who is liable for the duty ?

You only pay Stamp Duty on a property that you buy.

CGT may be an issue - depends on how long you've been living away from the fh. Get advice from an accountant / tax specialist.
