Reservations for Rooms at Wikiween

Now have the contact at the Birmingham hotel to make room reservations for Wikiween.

Some people have already given me requests which I will be emailing the hotel with tomorrow and will comfirm these individually as and when I have them confirmed to me.

Could other people who have shown an interest in Wikiween please make payment and advise me of room requests and full name for booking purposes as soon as possible.

The quicker I have your requirements the more likely I am to be able to guarantee a room.

The event is now only 3 and a half weeks away and the cost of the buffet and disco needs to be met shortly with the hotel.

Could I please ask that people with their name down for Wikiween in Birmingham pay for their tickets as soon as possible.

Also I would ask that people give me their room requirements as quickly as possible as well. It is a busy weekend being the end of half term as well as Halloween.

I am looking at giving the hotel comfirmed numbers for the buffet week beginning Monday 20th October so that an invoice can be supplied and paid a week before the event. (This is subject to the hotel agreeing the short notice).

If you are no longer attending the event could you please also let me know and remove your name from the event list so that I can gain a better picture of numbers and who I need to follow up with regards payments.

Anyone that doesn't currently have their name down but would like to attend, or would like more information then please send me a private message as soon as possible to talk about the event.
