My estrangeg wife is now the "respondent" and our home situation af co-habiting is not working out at all, although no verbal harm are being directed to our five Children(ages:18.16.15.11 and 6)the atmosphere between my wife and I are somewhat strained and worst thatn passing ships in the night, I presently cook for myself during the week and at weekends cook for all the family including her, but now I've asked her to stop doing my laundry.

I've managed to changed our joint bank account to my personal account so that my wages are safe and being the only family earner, plus my Navy pension has been switched to my personal account as well as my NHS - Have I the right to ask her to leave"Kick her out "?

No absolutely not she has as much right to be in the house as you.She is entitled to half of the house if it is a marriage of any length say over 5 years whether the house is in your sole name or not.

Hi

If your wife is abusive to you in any way their are other avenues like a restraining order , non molestation order etc. Try to evidence it first though. It would be worth looking on the Leaflet shelves at your local County Court as these are described and the forms to use. But whilst the property remains in joint names you have no right to prevent her access.
